We are a small family-run business operating since February 2022! We believe in fresh products, bold, authentic flavors, and providing incredible service to our guests.  We feature a variety of Mexican favorites, prepared fresh using quality products. Chef Elias Miranda is an Acapulco, Mexico native who traveled to the United States in 1998 at the young age of 17. Before being promoted to a prep station, he was a dishwasher for three days at Cafe Noche on Montrose in Houston, Texas. He continued to thrive in the industry as he built his respectable resume in the kitchen and front-of-house operations management in places like La Strada, Central Market, Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, and Brenner’s on the Bayou. Over the next 25 years, Chef Elias honed his craft and had the opportunity to develop teams for several industry heavy hitters. His impressive portfolio includes the titles of Regional Chef for Flemings Steak House, Executive Chef for Tiny Boxwoods, and Executive Chef for State Fare Kitchen & Bar. He finally landed at Anthony’s Market Grill, sharpening his quick service and line skills. He is grateful for all the experiences that led him here; to Taqueria Dame Mas. He is a true example of hard work and determination.

  
Chef Elias's priority has always been providing delicious plates with quality products. He takes pride in continuing this practice while curating traditional Mexican dishes for you to enjoy. He values his relationships with his team and hopes to continue building long-lasting relationships with his guests.
